Joseph is great.  If you want results rather than just stroking your ego, see Joseph and leave the old you behind in but a moment.  If you don't want to experience positive change, don't want to risk being happier, then don't see Joseph. (the mind reads don't ask, do).
 
Why was I looking for coaching?
I was dissatisfied with my current life, oddly a life I would have ranked as successful 10 years ago. I was looking for instant change, I wanted to get out of my own way, I wanted coaching that was quick and decisive.  For me performance anxiety, a focus on past or future and how I could achieve new things yet stay safe was really getting me down.  What a bind. I felt great self pressure to 'get it right' and stay on top of it all. I would find evidence to support the tension, the fear.  I was not seeing me, people I care about, the world in a true light. My experiences were filtered, tense and limited.  I was tired, no exhausted of the binds.
 
What did I get from coaching?
Under guidance from Joseph I brought up patterns that pointed to why I was in overwhelm, appreciated those patterns then sent them packing.  Gone to the point where I cannot now recall them.  This is very nice to be.  We worked on identifying for me the cues to when I was going into the past or the future and away from the now.  It's empowering to appreciate the mind without it running the show.  I now relate to people as I see them now, including myself, it is far simpler.  I am able to recognise when the ego is colouring my truthfulness and see the game allowing me to choose to play or keep it simple.  My language has changed, I speak less unless I want to play.  When I speak it is from alignment with how I truly feel, not guarded or cautious.  I 'buy into' matters less because it matters less.
 
Joseph's style
Joseph sets the parameters very early, this creates a challenge, sets the framework and clarifies if the coachee is serious about creating change or just there to massage their ego. Joseph's delivery skill and broad range of mediums to choose from ensures the coachee does not then get in the way of their own change, he works with Self in the NOW to manage the "I am" of ego. Big change is real.
 
 Recommendation:
The work Joseph does is swift and liberating.  This is the perfect adjunct to change management as it makes big steps in removing the defended egos from the change process thus allowing a common good to be the goal.
